1.    Union Coffee

A lot of my friends and followers ask, “what is your favorite coffee shop in Seattle.” To this, my answer is always ‘Union Coffee’ in East of Capitol Hill, Seattle. This coffee shop is minimal and simple vibe which fits my personal taste perfectly. The barista here is professional and super friendly!

La Marzocco is originally known as one of the top espresso machines historically based in Italy. This Café was a demo space to look at the espresso machine. In addition, this café is located in the KEXP radio station (90.3 FM), renown so hosting multiple music artists in Seattle radio. Sometimes you can see live performances in the coffee shop.

3.    Elm Coffee

This coffee shop combines the Historic vibe of Pioneer Square and modern design. Try ‘One of Every Thing’ (photo below), I can comfortably say that you can try multiple types of good coffee with a low budget. Also, in the back of the café, you can see the coffee roaster machine in action emitting the coffee aroma.

5.    Espresso Vivace

If you ask, “What coffee shop best fits Seattle?” I say, “Espresso Vivace Sidewalk Bar.” Espresso Vivace is also known for starting the latte art culture in the US. This coffee shop is just a sidewalk bar without any seats but has some of the most amazing espresso-based drinks and blends in the Capitol Hill vibe perfectly. Hope you try out their latte!
